By placing an order on our website or through WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products

All perfumes listed are handcrafted using premium ingredients. Slight variation in fragrance over batches is natural.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are inclusive of GST.
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay (coming soon)

3. Shipping

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.
• Tracking details will be shared on WhatsApp/email.
• Free delivery on orders above ₹499.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of perfumes, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged on delivery.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days.

No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all perfume sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.

However, if the product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof. We will assist with a replacement if applicable.
